  • Acknowledgements: $5 per stamp / $2 for each additional name

    Oath or Affirmation (Jurats): $5 per stamp / $2 for each additional individual

    Signature Witnessing: $5 per stamp

  • $50 application fee

    Commonly referred to as "The 1003", it is used to apply for a mortgage and provide information regarding a prospective mortgagor.

  • $15 for first copy

    The custodian will appear before the notary with original document and copy.

    A Notary may not certify a copy of a birth, death, or marriage certificate.

  • $25 per form

    When an employer designates a Notary Public or other individual to complete a Form I-9, that person is designated as an "authorized representative." The representative is simply asked to certify that the appropriate identity documents were presented

    As of 2022, there is no certificate wording included in the I-9 form, nor is a Notary asked to affix his or her seal to the form.

  • Monday - Friday (6pm - 10pm): $25.00

    Saturday - Sunday (8am - 10pm): $25.00

    Holidays (12pm - 6pm): $50.00

  • Print and/or Scan Services: 1-10 pages $0.50 per page

    Everything over 10 pages $1.00 per page. Will scan file(s) to PDF

    Airport Meet: $100 (flat fee)

  • $1.00 per minute after the initial 10-minute grace period

  • A 24-hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling appointment. Refund provided if cancellation notice is given within approved time.

    If notary is in route to predetermined location and you require a location change outside of a 5-mile radius from original address, requestor MUST reschedule the appointment. Final price will be updated with new travel fee. If within 5-mile radius of original address, no additional fee will be charged.

    Once payment is made, there are no refunds for cancellations same day as scheduled appointment.
